"I've missed over 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot... and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

As Max would say, so rude.
'When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but we often look so long at the closed door that we do no see the one which has opened for us."

I ran into Z at a club where there was nothing but trance music and rave moves. Somehow trance is making a comeback. We found solace back at my apartment. 3.08

The owner of this stand yelled at me when I took these pictures so I purchased three vintage porn magazines. By far, the best pornographic material I own. 3.08

A Gift From The Man Of Gifted Words But Seldom Spoken

My dear friend Randy left me this beautiful poem before I moved to NYC, which left me wiping away streams of tears. He has books of poems that I have requested to post and am waiting to receive.

When those pair, the pair that sees the world and it's reality; craving lighthouses upon cloud-stripped seas, see her for the first time. You sigh from your loins, the air rising up within until its force is blocked by enamel's back. And your raised is reserved, a handshake that lasts not nearly long enough.

She's seen life. Arm in arm, down dubious paths and hard-earned lessons. It's there. Voice structure, and angle. Her shell can deceive. it's not easy to posses such a face of arresting delivery and beauty.
And you will write her off. After the blocked bodily upheaval of a first impression, words are turned off. Your words. Her words.

But the initiation is mutual admiration. And when common ground has crashed together, melting faults, your sigh still tucked in, marinating will find appropriate release.

Weird beauty. Woman of storied eyes, chain smokes and a light-hearted laugh.
Things will never be the same.
